“Salsa Verde”

Salsa verde

Mexico is a country famous for its spicy chilies and sauces, which add a unique flavor to Mexican Gastronomy. On #TastyTuesday The “Salsa Verde” that is made in Nuestra Cabaña has a mild flavor that appeals to all our participants.

– 10 Green Tomatoes
– ¼ Onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 small cilantro
– 1 or 2 Chile
– Salt


Put all the ingredients previously washed in the blender until they are perfectly ground.


Mexico es un país famoso por sus chiles y salsas picantes, que añaden sabor a la comida mexicana. La “Salsa Verde”que se hace en Nuestra Cabaña tiene un sabor suave que agrada a todas nuestras participantes.

– 10 Tomates verdes
– ¼ Cebolla
– 1 diente de Ajo
– 1 manojo pequeño  de cilantro
– 1 ó 2 Chile
– Sal


Poner todos los ingredientes previamente lavados en la licuadora hasta que estén perfectamente molidos.
