Chicken with coriander sauce / Pollo en salsa de cilantro

VERSION EN ESPAÑOL MAS ABAJO
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 breast cut in 4 parts
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 cube of chicken or veggie broth
  • 1/2 l of cream
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 handful of Coriander
STEPS:
  1. Sprinkle the raw breasts with the chicken or veggie broth and leave it to marinate for a few minutes.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and seal the breasts.
  3. Blend the cream, coriander and milk.
  4. Add the mix to the pan and boil till the breasts are cooked.
  5. Try the flavor and adjust as you like.

VERSION EN ESPAÑOL

Ingredientes:
  • 1 pechuga partida en 4 partes
  • 2 cdas de mantequilla
  • 1 cubo de consome de pollo o verduras
  • 1/2 l de crema
  • 100 ml de leche
  • 1 manojo de cilantro
Preparación:
  1. Espolvorear las pechugas crudas con el consomé de pollo y dejar marinas unos minutos
  2. Calentar la mantequilla en una sartén y sellar las pechugas
  3. Licuar la crema, cilantro y leche
  4. Agregar la mezcla a las pechugar y hervir hasta que las pechugas estén cocidas
  5. Probar sazón y ajustar
