Volcán de chocolate / Chocolate volcano

Ingredientes  

  • 250 gramos de chocolate semi-amargo
  • 250 gramos de mantequilla
  • 150 gramos de azúcar refinada
  • 100 gramos de harina
  • 5 huevos

Preparación

  1. Precalentar el horno a 190 °C.
  2. Batir los huevos con el azúcar hasta que la mezcla levante y espese. Reservar.
  3. Aparte, fundir el chocolate con la mantequilla hasta que estén completamente derretidos.
  4. Verter la mezcla de chocolate a la mezcla de huevo e incorporar perfectamente.
  5. Añadir el harina en la mezcla poco a poco, en forma envolvente
  6. Colocar la mezcla en moldes y hornear por 10 minutos

ENGLISH VERSION

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr semisweet chocolate
  • 250 gr butter
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 100 gr flour
  • 5 eggs

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs and the sugar with a mixer on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes, until they are thick and a light yellow color.
  2. Combine the butter and chocolate in a mixing bowl, heat chocolate mixture until melted and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Gradually add the chocolate mix to the egg mix until they are prefectly combined.
  4. Add the flour to the new mix
  5. Place the batter on a pre-heated tray and bake for 10 minutes
