Neapolitan Flan / Flan Napolitano



  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • Sugar (for the caramel)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C
  2. On a pan, place the sugar and let it melt until caramel is made.
  3. Add the caramel into the mold where flan is going to be made
  4. In a blender, mix the rest of the ingredients and pour into the mold with the caramel
  5. Cover the mold with aluminum foil
  6. Put in the oven and cook in a bain–marie by 75 minutes.


  • 1 leche condensada
  • 1 leche evaporada
  • 5 huevos
  • 1 pizca sal
  • 1 cda vainilla
  • Azúcar para caramelo
Modo de preparación:
  1. Precalentar el horno a 180 grados C
  2. En una cacerola poner el azúcar hasta que se derrita y se forme caramelo.
  3. Añadir el caramelo al molde donde se va a hacer el flan
  4. Licuar los ingredientes restantes y vaciar en el molde
  5. Cubrir el molde con papel aluminio
  6. Meter al horno en  baño María por 75 mins.
